Privacy Policy
We care about your personal information and process data transparently and only for clearly defined purposes.
Last updated: 1 June 2026
1. Who we are
CODEOPS provides automation, AI and integration services. We are the controller of the personal data you provide through this site and while working with us.
2. What data we collect
Data you provide: name, email, phone and the content of your messages through the contact form. Technical data: aggregated, anonymous information about how the site is used (for example device type and pages visited). It is collected only with your consent, without cookies and without identifying you as an individual visitor.
3. How we use data
To respond to your enquiries and prepare a proposal. To provide and improve our services. To meet legal obligations. We do not use your data for purposes incompatible with the above without notifying you.
4. Legal basis
We process data based on your consent, the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request, and our legitimate interest in running and growing our business.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with trusted providers (such as hosting or analytics tools) acting on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, it is done only under the safeguards required by the GDPR — for example standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or while we have a legal obligation to retain it. Messages sent through the contact form are kept for up to 24 months after our last correspondence. If the enquiry leads to a contract, the periods set out in that contract and in law apply — accounting records, for example, are retained as required by the Bulgarian Accountancy Act.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict processing, the right to portability and the right to object. You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP): 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, cpdp.bg.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
